Environmental Site
Assessments
If your buying or
selling a property it is important for
you to understand the environmental risk
of the investment.
Environmental Assessments are
recognized by investors and lending
institutions to evaluate the
environmental condition of the property.
Phase
I Environmental Assessments
Phase I Environmental
Assessments (EA's) are detailed
investigations into the history of the
property and their former uses as it
pertains to the environmental risk of
your investment. Phase I
Environmental Assessments
include a detailed onsite inspection of
the property to identify hidden risk
and/or non compliance.
Standard turnaround for a Phase
I Environmental Assessment is
four (4) weeks, however expedited
services are available.
All of our Phase I Environmental
Assessments meet the
ASTM Standard
E1527-2005 for Phase I
Environmental Site Assessments.
Phase
II Environmental Assessment
Based upon the results and
conclusions of the Phase I Environmental
Assessment a Phase II
Environmental Assessment may be
recommended to further investigate the
environmental risk of the property.
Phase II Environmental
Assessment include physical
testing to identify the hazard(s) and
delineate the extent. This may
include but is not limited to lead,
mold, asbestos, soil, air, groundwater,
and/or soil testing.
Phase II Environmental
Assessments are an important
instrument to fully certify the property
as "clean" or indentify the contaminate
and the cost for cleanup.
